Looking for something with some chopping power? Our Traditional® 7” Carbon Steel Cleaver makes quick work of all kinds of meats, including beef, poultry, pork, fish, and more. Many knives are not suited to handle large or tough cuts of meat, but a cleaver can tackle all of them. This knife features our Traditional® series handle, which combines a beautiful natural hardwood look with comfort while holding it.
